ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The image was created for International Management Group (IMG) to represent the San Francisco Marathon. Ana, Joe and Sara accompanied me to Sausalito where I did the original drawing for the piece. I painted the picture and it was accepted by IMG as the official race art. It then took six months to create the stencils and do the serigraphy - or -screen printing. A few of the original serigraphs are available to collectors.
