Black Women This work is a tribute to all black women on the planet, especially those who with their courage and decision decided to change the world through their actions and thoughts to make it more just, although many times these lead to retaliation against them and their families. Rosa Parks. Rosa Parks, registered at birth as Rosa Louise McCauley Parks1 (Tuskegee, Alabama, February 4, 1913 - Detroit, Michigan, October 24, 2005), was an important figure in the civil rights movement in the United States. especially for having refused to give up his seat to a white man and move to the back of the bus in Montgomery, Alabama (United States), on December 1, 1955. For such action he ended up in jail, which is frequently cited as the spark of the movement, and is recognized as the first lady of civil rights. To send the piece, first the piece is wrapped with a thin layer of acid-free paper, then it is covered with bubble wrap so that the piece is highly protected. At the end of these two packaging processes, I build a box exclusively for the work, with a very thick cardboard capable of withstanding possible incidents in transport and that the work reaches your hands in perfect condition. Measurements of the piece: 63 x 12 x 12 cm.
