Art Description

Sculpture: Plaster on Other.

Women are the most used models for figurative works - not only because most of works have been made by men. With more curves females are easier to model than males.
The original figurative figure was made in 2007 in burned clay. Later I have made silicone forms of front and back, and have casted full figures from the two halfs, and half ones, mostly of the backside.
Casts have been made in paperclay (can be burned like normal clay, and glazed), and in different sorts of plaster - common, hard, speciel (reddish with iron, from Tiranti, London).
