My ceramic sculptures are expressed through organic forms and are inspired from everything that’s alive or that is leaving the impression of movement. I especially combine human parts with natural elements for materializing my ideas. The plasticity of clay combined with the coiling technique results a wide range of possibilities and artistic expressions.In my works I have particularized and personalized the coiling technique and spontaneously expressed the essence of the profound human feelings. In my forms I’m talking about spirit and meditation,about physique and peace, about silence and space,so I launch an informational and emotional message. For me, ceramics has the implication of the four fundamental elements: earth,water,air and fire, both in physical and metaphorical matter. The ceramic path, in it`s complexity, is optimal and complete because includes a superior matter of form construction .The exploration of textures and graphic signs and the infinity of chromatic possibilities gives it a final touch.
