Sea Breeze Print

For me, the sea is the source of my energy, there is no sadness that does not disappear when I am in front of the sea, I let myself be comforted by its song, caressed by its breeze, and enraptured by its scent. It envelops me with its power and comforts me, it brings me back to my being, to feel at peace and strong again. "SEA BREEZE" represents this feeling of peace, of purification, naked squatting, with her feet in the water, and feeling reborn. She is made in Porcelain with linen paper fibers, milk paint, China painting, and golden wax. ​ EXCEPTION WITNESS ​ A sea, a sea is what I need. A sea and nothing else, nothing else. The rest is small, insufficient, and poor. A sea, a sea is what I need. Not a mountain, a river, a sky. No. Nothing, nothing, only a sea. Nor do I want flowers, hands, nor a heart to comfort me. I don't want a heart in exchange for another heart. I don't want to be told about love in exchange for love. I just want a sea: I just need a sea. Water of distance, a water that does not escape, a merciful water in which to wash my heart and leave it on its shore to be pushed by its waves, licked by its salt tongue that heals wounds. A sea, a sea to be an accomplice. A sea to tell everything to. A sea, believe me, I need a sea, a sea where I can cry my eyes out and no one will notice. ​ Francisca Aguirre
