ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Sea Foam is a sea inspired multimedia abstract artwork created using foam, acrylic paints and spray paint on wood. Samuel disassembled a wooden palette and created the surface for Sea Foam by sawing, sanding and fixing strips of the palette together. Sea Foam is finished with a varnish to give a slightly glossy texture, highlighting the beautiful texture of the wood and foam. Blue tones are used across the piece creating a vivid, eye catching wall hanging with white spray paint brightening the composition and adding another texture element, reinforcing the sea foam theme. Sea Foam is ready to hang with brass fixings and wire attached.
