Renato Lima

Renato Lima, born in Fortaleza - Ceará, Brazil, was interested in drawing and arts from an early age. Teenager went to live in Washington DC, capital of the United States, where he had the opportunity to study arts and where he won a poster competition promoted by the city. In early adulthood, he had contact with graphic design, which he became self-taught and adopted as his main professional activity since 2000. He never stopped producing artworks, his work being recognized today in the abstract figurative style, with a color palette that became his identity. The works explore the feelings and dilemmas of human nature.

Renato attended American high school during 1989 - 1991. Later on, back in Brazil, studied architecture for 3 years at the University of Fortaleza.
