Matías Roffé

Hello! I am Matías Roffé, an Argentine artist specialized in the drawing technique with pen on paper.

My work is visually related to Neo-expressionism.

I have exhibited both individually and in group exhibitions, being sponsored and recognized by the prominent international artists of Argentine nationality Luis Felipe Noé and Eduardo Stupía.

In 2009 I held my first individual exhibition titled "Chars", at the Borges Cultural Center in Buenos Aires.

In 2013 I participated in the group exhibition "Celebración", in commemoration of the 7 years of the La Línea Piensa Project, also at the Borges Cultural Center.

During December 2015 I presented my work at the Proa Foundation of the City of Buenos Aires, on the occasion of the launch of the book in both physical and digital format "Contemporary Drawing in Argentina", being selected and distinguished among the most appreciable contemporary cartoonists. Curated and researched by Eduardo Stupía and Cintia Mezza.
