Oksana Saveleva

I was born in Uzbekistan and grew up in Krasnodar, Russia. My family and I moved there when I was 3 years old. This is where I've been living all subsequent years. During my childhood I traveled to the seaside almost every year. I really fell in love with its beauty and southern bright nature. I draw inspiration from this unsurpassed beauty of nature.

I use oil for my paintings. It's my favorite kind of painting medium because it has a lot of advantages over other techniques like watercolor or pastel. In my opinion, it's much more flexible and expressive.
