Daria Labkovsky

D. Shamashu is a Paris-based artist and stylist whose work flows between fine art, emotion, and fashion. A visual descendant of Léon Bakst, she continues his legacy of theatrical color and sensual form — bringing softness, elegance, and quiet power into contemporary art.

Her watercolor portraits and delicate mixed-media pieces explore the feminine psyche — its grace, vulnerability, and transformation. Every work feels like a mood painted in light.

Originally from Moscow, Dashenka studied classical drawing and composition for two years at the Surikov Art Institute in Moscow, attending workshops and masterclasses that shaped her refined eye for proportion and expression. She also trained at the 905 School of Arts. Now based in Paris, she merges her artistic background with her work in style and aesthetics, creating art that speaks both to the soul and the senses.
