1989 - 1994 - graduated from the Foreign Languages and Art Sciences High School of Lom
1994 - 1999 - graduated from the University of Veliko Turnovo "St. Kiril and Methodii", specialty "Pedagogy of Arts" in the class of "Painting" of Prof. N. Ruschukliev
1999 - MA in "Pedagogy of Arts"
2003 - enrolled as post-graduate student in "Pedagogy of Arts", Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski"
Svetlin Sofroniev works in the field of fine arts (easel and monumental paintings), drawing, illustration and art photography. He has special interest in works on paper. Since 2001 he is a member of the "The Union of Bulgarian Artists" branch - Lom. Since his graduation Svetlin Sofroniev participates in regional and national exhibitions.
His works are owned by galleries and private collectors in Bulgaria, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, USA, Canada, Bosnia and Herzegovina and others.
