Art has the power to capture a moment, unlike anything else. That's what I strive to do through my paintings, to spark joy with vibrant colours, depicting the ocean or the moment just before a beautiful sunset.
As a child, I’d get in trouble for drawing on the walls and practically any surface I could find at home. One day my mother found me sitting in a corner with all my legs and arms covered in pen scribbles. The urge to draw and paint stayed with me throughout my childhood, adolescence and now adulthood. 
Spending most of my life in Dubai, a real melting pot of cultures, flavors and opinions, has definitely shaped my worldview and gave me incredible opportunities. After three decades in the city, I packed my bags to start a new life in Switzerland in 2019. Art remained my constant companion. 
Today, it continues to provide a tranquil place for me to escape to. In art we find comfort, beauty and hope. That's part of its charm, which I would love to share with you through my paintings.
Most of my art pieces are vibrant in colour, depicting the magic of the ocean, and abstract landscapes and florals, transporting you instantly somewhere magical and comforting. In a turbulent and uncertain world, I feel we should surround ours...
