Tristan Quinn

I have been sculpting large, abstract wood sculptures for outdoor installations since 2002. I am a self-trained sculptor, and by profession a landscape gardener, specializing in small ponds with rock gardens, plant arrangements, ornamental and functional stone walls, and patios. My passion for abstract wood sculpting grew naturally out of a desire to see these creations enhance the landscape gardens I have created. I have lived in Maryland all life, except for my college years at Montana State University where I majored in plant and soil resources. I sculpt from my workshop in Boyds, located in rural Montgomery County, Maryland, just outside of Washington, D.C. Visitors are welcome to my sculpture garden where I have mounted 20 wood sculptures.
