Victor Payton (22) has been photographing since he won his first point & shoot camera in a raffle 10 years ago. Upon purchasing his first underwater housing at age 16, he has become fixated on photographing underwater. After winning the 2015 and 2016 Scholastic Art & Writing National Gold Medal, Victor took a hiatus to learn what art really meant to him and to his audience. Witness his re-entry into the artistic realm.
