ABOUT
EXHIBITIONS

Âme Sauvage is a French painter born in 1986. Self-taught, the artist discovered painting at the age of 20. After having held several exhibitions of her works, which were very successful, she resigned from her job in 2012 to devote herself fully to abstract painting. Âme Sauvage's works can be found in the homes of many private collectors both in France and abroad (United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Belgium, etc.).

The artist also collaborated with the famous Eden Park brand, with its symbolic pink bow tie, to customize a trophy made from fragments of the goal posts of the legendary Eden Park rugby stadium in Auckland, New Zealand, which was sold at auction at La Samaritaine in Paris.

The artist works in an abstract register, with very spontaneous gestures, in order to express his deep feelings on the canvas.

Dreaming, escaping, flying away, traveling, making the best hidden things visible, this is the artist's primary approach. A chemist, she likes to test colors and dare to combine them, resolutely seeking to give color to life. An adventurer, she dares to travel with her painting, of which she knows neither the destination nor the duration of the journey.

A colorist above all, Âme Sauvage's artistic style and person...

Painter Âme Sauvage collaborated with the Eden Park brand, known for its famous pink bow tie. The artist customized a trophy (steel sculpture) for the brand. Franck Mesnel, former international rugby player and co-founder of the brand, bought the goalposts from the Eden Park rugby stadium in Auckland, New Zealand, at auction and had them transformed into a trophy. The sculpture painted by the artist sold at auction on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, during an exhibition at La Samaritaine in Paris with a live broadcast on Drouot. The artist is pleased that the funds will be donated in full to Franck Mesnel's association "Les Papillons du Ciel," which aims to support the education of children in Madagascar.
