After two years of preparation the Zaragoza Visual Symphony is finally to be launched. This has been a project that the artist has been dreaming to bring to fruition since 1995, when he "composed" his first symphony, "The Daroca Symphony". This first project was a homage to the early music festival of Daroca (Spain), and was a series of large works on paper expressing different movements, Allegro, Andante, etc., a visual symphony. His dream was to extend this project to include music based on the paintings.
This has now been realised, with the "Zaragoza Visual Symphony", a homage to Anaut's birth city, and to the region of Aragon.
Inspired by chamber music from the Baroque period, Anaut started creating images, sketches, preludes of musical compositions, which finally ended up as a series of large canvases: his visual symphony.
