Future Typo is a design research platform founded by Designer Jan Tomas. Here, typography moves beyond language into form, motion, and spatial presence. Each work is authored from an original typeface system and developed as digital sculpture, where light, proportion, and controlled movement shape a quiet intensity.

Each work contains a hidden word from the Future Typo system. What appears as pure form still carries encoded meaning, a word concealed within the structure, present whether seen or not. Open edition prints carry the form. The word remains unknown. Limited editions include provenance documentation that reveals the hidden text, transforming the work from aesthetic object into something deciphered, personal, and complete.

Works can also be commissioned. A word, a name, a phrase, rendered as a unique encrypted form. Unrepeatable by design.

Future Typo expands typography into a contemporary art medium. The practice spans digital art, print editions, and spatial studies, exploring how typographic structure can be experienced as atmosphere, rhythm, and material form.
