Eniko Toth

After a successful career transition, I now work full-time as a painter, continually developing my practice and portfolio. My work explores the delicate balance within human connection — the interplay of strength and vulnerability, light and shadow, motion and stillness.

I believe that painting is communication, expression, and healing. It is a way to say what cannot be said in words — to restore balance, and to transform emotion into colour and movement. Each artwork begins as a deeply personal process, then becomes a mirror for others, offering something unique to those who resonate with it.
My art urges you to discover what you feel and not just what you see.

Originally trained as an engineer (MSc) and experienced as a project manager, I have always maintained a connection to art. In recent years, I returned to painting with renewed passion, pursuing studies that align with my interests rather than fitting into a predefined path. I have learned from American tutors online and in person in London, and studied at institutions including the Royal Drawing School and the Hampstead School of Art.

My background brings structure and balance to my creative process, while my practice allows intuition and emotion to guide my work. This combination shapes a visual language that seeks harmony between discipline and feeling.

I have exhibited my work at The Holi Art Gallery in both physical and virtual exhibitions and have participated in numerous local shows. Highlights include exhibitions with the Finchley Art Society at The Art Depots, two solo exhibitions at the Muswell Hill Club, and several local exhibitions at Tony’s Salon.
