The Pagliacci Series is a study of form interaction. The strict use of black, white and grey reference the opera (Pagliacci) and the garment worn by Canio, the main character. Multiple forms are placed together to allow interaction as one performing character would with another, bringing negative space to life. This series is an extensive exploration of the dynamics of positive and negative space.
