I'm a Canadian artist in Malaysia. I’ve travelled extensively over the years and places, cultures and people, are recurring themes in my art. Somehow overtime people became body language and expression, and nudes. Then there's a host of other project ideas. I work mainly with acrylic colours on paper. Over time I’ve gone from representational to bold expression and abstract, where art once upon a time all started for me. In my work I seek movement, expressive brushwork, and a composition balanced onto itself. For me, that’s when a work is complete and that’s the message I share. I’ve exhibited my paintings in small venues and galleries Montreal, Vancouver, Bangkok, Singapore & Malaysia, places where I’ve resided. Now my works are online as my health no longer allows me to move around as well as I once did. Over time my work has been reviewed in publications mainly in Singapore and Malaysia.
