Vitalia lives and works in St.Petersburg, the city which gives the impressions with the accent on sense of "impress", the dynamic and legendary city, with grey sky, Northern colors and thin lines of XVIII and XIX centuries architecture. Vitalia's story begins from college and state conservatory Rimsky-Korsakov, after she had made her art projects community VitaLia (VLartcom)-2002-2012, which was the project completed with art films and art video of new formats. VLartcom is based on Vitalia's original music, poetry and visual artworks. In 2013 Vitalia has founded the cdVP project - internet art lounge for her releases in poetry.
