Born 1978 Sydney Australia Mark Hanham studied a Bachelor's Degree at National Art School then completed a Master's Degree in Art at the College of Fine Art. He has painted every day since he was fourteen years of age and is an extraordinarily successful commercial artist. In 2011 he took the almost unprecedented step of opening his own gallery in Sydney, exhibiting exclusively his own art. Mark's collectors include Russell Crowe, Lionel Richie, Lisa McGuigan and many corporate and private collections nationally and internationally. His bold expressive landscapes of iconic urban centres - LONDON,PARIS,NEW YORK, SYDNEY, VENICE, TOKYO. His point of difference is scale, splat, energy but all counterpoised with romanticism, hope and a commentary on the human condition.
