About The Artwork

This series was inspired by my childhood memories; by the games and happenings. Some of them are funny pranks some of them are unusual. It is a very personal series which tries to show the innocence of childhood. On this picture I am playing with my friend a game which is called french skipping. It requires three person, but we are only two, so we are using the help of a bench's leg. We liked this game very much.

My name is Szabrina Maharita. I was born in Transcarpathia (Ukraine) in 1989. I graduated as a painter and graphic designer in Hungary at the faculty of Fine Arts and Painting of Karoly Eszterhazy College. In my free time I make digital paintings. In my opinion anyone can make art in its own way; simply because it belongs to human nature. The human and abstract objects are my favourite subjects. My favourite techniques are watercolor painting, oil, ink, pastels, and the free combination of them. I am well experienced in digital art as well. My name is Szabrina Maharita. About my art: I like contrasts, vigorous brushstrokes, vivid colors and to leave the background blank, untouched. When I compose I try to discover the most interesting parts of the subject and paint that. I express my art through the harmony of colours. My favourite movement is expressionism.
