About The Artwork
The painting was inspired by words of Scotisch biologist D'Arcy Thompson, namely "each bone structure could be transformed into any other". In the same way skull of a dog could be formed into ours. It asks a questioun about the origin of all things. In the painting, parts of the skull diagram are called by abstract names, suggesting new meanings. The strong colour in the painting comes from the search for my own technique, where absolute colour exists in every thread of the canvas.
