Filip Łoziński His persona begins in the imagination and ends in his paintings. He goes in tandem with his continuous need to express his colourful thoughts. Łoziński spent his early years at home in which paints and brushes could repeatedly replace toy soldiers. Most probably, thanks to such extraordinary role models he could observe, he decided to polish his skills at one of the Cracow Arts Universities. Hence, he graduated from Arts Department in 2011 at the Pedagogical University, defending his MA thesis under the supervision of Piotr Jargusz. Already at that time, quoting his several-year-old son, his paintings started to ‘scream’. They scream until today. Hypnotizing fusion of colors and artist’s exquisite viewpoint trigger a huge impression. Moreover, Łoziński is able to capture both current and future world in an absolutely original way. More often than not, we can find a motive of void, selfish love and cyberspace lost in Łoziński’s work. What’s the most important, we can endlessly interpret all motives that are moved on. Anybody who has a chance to encounter his work is mesmerized with the beauty of thoughts. Calm Cracow artist’s mind can express mysterious and snobbish but also popular paintings. No wonder Łoziński is the author of several hundred paintings which mostly belong to private collections now. He is also the author and co-author of dozen exhibitions which were appreciated by recipients. Painting means speaking to him – let us hope it will never fall silent.
