I was inspired by the flow of ideas and creativity of my daily life, I hope my viewers see this piece as a postitve energy flow that works in our minds to think of success. I enjoy painting in acrylic as it really brings out the strong loud colours that I achieve in my paintings.

Salpi Markarian is an Armenian professional artist born in 1991. She found her passion for art at a young age when she was just 7 years old. Her passion grew for contemporary art when she started to use oil and acrylic paint on canvas. At the age of 15, Salpi moved to Amman (the capital city of Jordan), due to the war that was happening in her country, Iraq. In 2007, she was chosen as an artist to feature and exhibit her stunning artwork at the Jordanian Art Academy, which was one of many exhibitions she was featured in. She continued to pursue her passion for contemporary art paintings when she moved to Australia in 2010. In 2020, Salpi donated over $10,000 worth of artworks to Westmead Hospital, where her paintings were chosen to be displayed in the newly renovated COVID-19 staff living quarters. Salpi’s artworks are continuously being featured in beautiful architectural buildings not only here in Sydney, but internationally, including countries like Iraq, Jordan and USA. Her ‘Signature Series’ will be showcased in the Art/Edit Magazine which is currently out at Australian news agencies. Currently her work will be exhibited at the Other Art Fair - Sydney
