A world where nothing makes sense. "Is It Time" is a visual exploration of the meaning of time and its importance in our world. Numbers do not align on the clock dial. One way is not necessarily up or down. Gears never turn but motion is depicted. Different size blocks create different planes. Dials never turn but never tell the time.
