The vibe of the artwork is to bring about the reality of compassion and liberation. The intention to the artwork is to bring out the ferocity of the truth that is the death of the ego which is synonymous to the demons within. The dark colours represent the quantum un-manifest. The Artist believes that we are beings of the soul and not that of the flesh. It is an attempt to depict through spiritual figures that the body is a temporary condition. As opposed to the literal visual interpretation, the Artist also intends to portray the real nature of the spiritual figure as a strong Mother- figure, being compassionate, sweet, affectionate and an endless source of incomprehensible love. In this regard, the fierce image associates itself with the death of the ego and an end to the labour of a self centered perspective. The intensity in the eyes portrays the fear that elicits the fear necessary for the ego to see it's eventual demise. The Garland of skulls is the representation of the ego, slain by the divine knowledge with the objective of attainment of moksha. The presence of Lord Shiva symbolizes the ultimate supremacy of nature over Man. It also conveys detachment and a state of saat-chit-ananda (being-consciousness-bliss ). Hibiscus flowers emit the essence of divine energy and consciousness and also have a resemblance to the tongue which is a symbol of fierceness.
