B. 1961, grew up in the South but have been living in Philadelphia for 15 years now. At this time my focus has turned to botanicals, in all aspects, including, of course, my art. Previous work as a painter can be seen online under Kim Alsbrooks, a successful series of miniatures which I have put aside for now. Marie is my middle name, used for this body of work. I have exhibited all over the US, Berlin and have work in many collections. Won West Collects Prize in 2012.
