Always creating, I view life through a designer's eye. Considering color and form and the way the two connect. This led to my 25-year career as an advertising art director and follows me in every facet of life. I enjoy all forms of design, including interior design, garden design and fashion design. My artwork is an extension of my fascination with design. My life has taken on true spiritual meaning. It is through meditation that I have had many experiences with spirit where I have received guidance to create this work. Initially I was guided to make spin art. I have allowed that process to morph into creating work on a spin art machine that I then cut into shapes and place together to form an abstract pattern reminiscent of sacred geometry. While these works are all created on paper, I have experimented with many types of materials including paper, plexiglass, vinyl, aluminum foil and clear plastic wrap. So far paper works best but I will continue to explore these other materials to find a suitable addition to working on paper. My time spent in the studio is a joyous celebration of transformation and I hope the feeling comes through my work and that you enjoy my distinctive style!
