Ilanos is a 90’s graffiti artist born & raised in Amsterdam. Growing up in the 90s, he was surrounded by the strokes of his father and grandfather, which ignited a passion for art at an early age. Experimentation became his muse as he delved into various techniques, merging his love for anatomy, physics, and chemistry into his art. In the early 2000s, he faced challenges at home, leading him to the nocturnal world of graffiti. Skipping school, he scavenged for paint in the city center’s markets, seeking out the most daring locations to unleash his creativity. The thrill of absolute freedom fueled his obsession, pushing him to paint more. Commissioned works became a means to sustain his nocturnal escapades.
