A freestyle creation of character creatures celebrating joy and relations. My intention making this art was to make each character as a response to the others around it, totally freestyle in real time with only the circular border as a boundry. the title relates to an idea that these guys somehow look like they are viewed under a microscope and I love the idea that if we travel inward enough then we will be travelling outward. Part drawing, part painting - made with acrylic inks. Every character is a conjured piece of creative magic and a meditation on the veiled borders between fantasy and reality. See my website for examples of my festival art and punk colouring ( DIY) walls. The artwork has been attentively made on fine textured stretched canvas and will be carefully packaged and shipped with a personal thank you note and certificate of authenticity hope it speaks to you:) "Scotts work resonates with outsider and underground comic art where street and alt pop culture hang out... with a humorous twist of animist absurdity." Creative Review. Scotts artworks feature all over the UK at festivals and events, as a muralist and painter his work echoes the punk sensibilities of urban DIY sub-culture and joy of embracing an uncertain reality. Scott Walker, a muralist and explorer of post pop alt-culture, has been making visual works in London and beyond for 3 decades. His unique style of comic fed, urban psychedelia was born in the furnaces of Londons underground club scene, circa 1989. Back then, Scott was part of a club styling collective whose huge ultra violet canvases and murals adorned the walls of thumping railway arches and industrial warehouse raves, lurid dens of glamour and penthouse lairs through the 90's to the 00's. Presently Scott lives in the wilds of Dartmoor in the UK where he makes installation murals for festivals and commercial clients, juggles family life - and draws and paints. His interactive street-styled-punk colouring walls feature at festivals such as Glastonbury, Singapore kite festival, clients include BBC, Amnesty International, Action for Children, Google, Amazon, Microsoft.

Scott continues to work within the education and festival sector providing huge interactive street styled canvases and panels, where school children and families can experience the thrill of expressing themselves as graffiti artists. His installations have had exposure all over the UK and abroad including in China, Singapore and UEA. Scotts paintings and drawings reflect a world of alt comic cartoon pop and urban punk DIY values. There is humour and humanity in his psychedelic style. Animist musings and subterranean culture inspire his art, characters resonate with cartoon trash pop, outsider brut and his exposure to indigenous cultures as a child growing up in New Zealand and East Africa. All artworks will be safely shipped with a certificate of authenticity and a personal sketch and thank you!
