ABOUT THE ARTWORK
A Kotas action painting done in two sessions. Features pumice (sand with acrylic gel) which comes alive at microscopic level and bright, colorful arrangements with visual stimulation at a macroscopic view. I choose my medium and working style by a strong physical approach to painting. I work the forms and textures in an "all-over" approach until achieving that AHA!!! moment. Signed on verso: Kotas 22.
