A conversation between what once was and what insists on appearing. The background carries traces; the forms, decisions. Artist Statement Trained as an architect and driven by a passion for art, gastronomy, and experiences that connect us to the sensory and the essential, my creative path has been shaped by studies in art, gastronomy, human development, and education. These disciplines, far from running parallel, have intertwined to form a vision where emotion, intuition, healing, and reflection converge. I see art as an invisible language that transcends words—a bridge between the evident and the hidden, between desire and silence. For me, creation is an act of inquiry: to explore, to dismantle and reassemble, to inhabit questions rather than seek definitive answers. It is a process of challenging limits, transforming complexity into essence, and intensity into clarity. My practice spans ceramics, glass, and painting, incorporating mixed techniques such as dripping, collage, cold wax, textured surfaces, installation, and embroidery. I work with materials ranging from acrylics, inks, and charcoal to gold, silver, and copper leaf, building visual universes born from my questions and intended to resonate with those who contemplate them. Architecture defines my understanding of space, structure, and visual balance; gastronomy infuses my work with a sensory and ritual dimension; and human development guides my search toward deep emotional and symbolic connections. I am inspired by artists who navigate between the formal and the intuitive, the material and the emotional—those who embrace the everyday, the fragmented, and the imperfect as essential elements of their visual language. My creativity is nourished by literature, music, nature, and silence. I believe that everything that moves or unsettles us leaves a trace, and that trace inevitably seeps into the work, becoming a silent testimony of our passage through the world.
