ABOUT THE ARTWORK
In Purtugal they make a cut in the trees to extract the resin. I like to look at forms in the nature. I also like to expose my work outside. These two amorphous hanginng object could perfectly be used as a vase but without any direct use they are interesting sculptures. I modeled a model and made a plaster mold of it. This mold was slibcasted. With this tecnic it's possible to make a thin and light object.The surface has been glazed with a black rubber alike glace in contrast with the shiny white inside.
