Francesca Cortona

Cortona's artistic expression is Spiritual in nature.

Through a holistic and esoteric communication Cortona goes to enhance with painting a deeper message, leading the viewer to turn his gaze inward, going in search of Knowledge and Awareness of Self and one's Senses, with the intention of re-embracing one's Light, because art is healing.
Today she presents herself in the painting environment with a wide selection of works.
Her favorite technique is oil painting.

A multifaceted artist, to date one of her peculiarities is in the use of photoluminescent pigments while maintaining the classicity of the oil technique.

Cortona's Art is distinguished in the use of luminescent pigments, which are a tool that generates Light in the dark.
This functionality has become a means for the artist to bring to Light the deeper Beauty that is within each of us, because 'As Inside is So Outside' and such beauty must expand, remain.

Cortona graduated from school of fashion Armando Diaz in Rome. In 2008 in London she specializes in 'Cool Hunter' at the Central Saint Martin College of Art and Design.
In 2015 she attends to cultural association called 'Insieme per l'arte', were she started into the artistic way.

Cortona is a self-taught artist.
