Saso Vrabic

I'm working in a fields of visual and audio arts. In my works I usually comment the contemporary zeitgeist, focusing on the scenes connected with media and interfaces that we use, starting with media painting by using photography taken from TV screens as a source of the interest and motif for my works in painting in the 90’s. In my latest work I comment isolation, alienation in contemporary way of living in a western society. I see myself almost as a chronicler with a bit of surrealist touch as I formally use collage as way to build a image or sound work. Born in Slovenia (then Yugoslavia) in 1974.
