Marina Fedorova is a portrait painter, figurative artist. Works in New York.
“I've been drawing for as long as I can remember.”
While still at school, she graduated from a special art school with strong teachers. The instructions of the painting teacher I remember so far, which have had a powerful influence on my vision of artistic images. Then the training smoothly flowed into the St. Petersburg Academy of Painting named afterStieglitz. A little later - the Academy of Painting and Applied Arts in Savonlinna (Finland). And, of course, an unforgettable training with the genius of modern impressionism Bato Dugarzhapov.
Early oil paintings were painted under the influence of favorite French artists: Van Gogh, Rousseau, Monet, whom she studied in France.
Life's intricacies led Marina to an interesting period of work as an interior designer, where the knowledge of colors, their influence on mood, atmosphere and health was very useful.
