Born in 1964 in Ludwigshafen, Germany, the artist ventured to Mannheim in the late 1980s. From 1983 to 1985, he resided in Koblenz, working as a documentary photographer for the military. An enthralling photo journey took him through the USA, where he worked as a farm laborer in Connecticut from 1989 to 1990. A significant milestone in his creative journey was co-founding the renowned art gallery "Heart Gallery" in Mannheim from 1995 to 2003. He devoted his time to this inspiring establishment, not only exhibiting his own works but also organizing captivating performances and events with enthusiastic dedication. In 2019, he pursued further studies in creative writing, specializing in fiction, at the prestigious Textmanufaktur in Leipzig. This new endeavor expanded his artistic horizons and enriched his skills as an author. After three decades, he returned to his hometown, Ludwigshafen, where he resides with his beloved wife in a beautiful house with an idyllic garden. He remains actively engaged in the art world, curating fascinating art exhibitions and hosting inviting performances. Additionally, he manages a charming vacation home that warmly welcomes guests from around the globe.
