What does really matter? What we see. Visuality. That is what I explore. Exciting sight – the most important of our senses – by forms that are essentially different from what can be encountered in our daily experience. Usage of primordial visual „concepts” such as line or colour gradient is paradoxically comparable to music, forms of which we do not ever experience in the world outside. „Painting is the thing of the mind”. Said by Leonardo. I put the daily life aside and turn towards conteptual realism rather than to realism seen as accurate recording of the nature. Even if this is a flash of light cast by the autumn sun upon canvas support ready for being painted or a shadow on the wall in a summer day that bring about inspirations.
