I am an American artist based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. My work explores chromatic geometry, the interplay of color, shape, and structure through grids and sequences. I am drawn to rhythm, movement, and the emotional resonance of color, creating compositions that are deliberate, expressive, and evocative. I plan my ideas digitally, designing grid-based structures and exploring endless color combinations. I aim to limit these structures while expanding their possibilities, maintaining balance and cohesion. Through this process, I develop a poetic visual language—a “poetry of color,” or coloreography, blending color and choreography. Living and teaching in the United States, Puerto Rico, Argentina, and China has shaped my perspective and strengthened my commitment to abstraction. My paintings have been exhibited in solo and group shows across the United States, Puerto Rico and Argentina, and are held in private collections throughout the Americas. Awards: Pollock-Krasner foundation grant, New York, USA - 2013. Arte Espacio prize San Isidro, Argentina - 2012.
