Hello! I am Diana Jahns. I've been making art from the time I could first hold crayons and a pencil. I was influenced by my artist-photographer grandmother, who was my first teacher. Later I would also learn sewing and weaving. In my early days I started exhibiting handwoven clothing across the U.S. Later I returned to drawing and painting, exhibiting pastel landscapes in northern California. It was during that time that I discovered a compatible vocation - photography. Now, decades in, I create with traditional art-making materials and with digital photography. However, I do not use Ai. My images only contain elements of my own work - drawings, paintings or photography.
