Qin Wangcai was born in Guilin, Guangxi Province in 1973. The deputy chairman of Liuzhou Association of Artists and the member of Association of Chinese Artists
I have been studied the traditional chinese painting and the Brick portrait in Qin and Han Dynasty.I am trying to explore a new filed that express our daily life combined modern and traditional skills.
graduated from China Central Normal University in 1996,
then he got his Masters degree in Southwest Normal University in 2004.
