Tina K

Tina Korhonen is a portrait, music and editorial photographer based in London, best known for her work with rock musicians including Kiss, Motorhead's Lemmy, My Chemical Romance, Nightwish and Bonnie Tyler.
Tina has photographed commissions for major record labels, brands and magazines for over 20 years. Her work has featured internationally in publications such as Rolling Stone and Classic Rock, and she has been a regular photographer for Kerrang,New Musical Express (NME), Metal Hammer, Prog, Total Guitar, Guitarist, Bass Guitar Magazine, Drummer, Rhythm, Helsingin Sanomat (newspaper, Finland) and many others. Her clients include BMG, Gibson, Nighwish, Sony, Universal Music Group, Yamaha, Zildjian and many more.
In addition to her main interest, location and studio photoshoots, Tina has considerable experience in corporate photography and large scale events, from awards ceremonies to festivals. Since 2022 Tina has been photographing for advertising and re-branding campaigns. Occasionally Tina gives talks and does workshops for photography students and enthusiasts.
Alongside her commercial work, Tina is currently working on a long-term project with the working title ‘Behind The Scenes’.

To date Tina has had eight photographic exhibitions in the UK, France and Finland, including a five month long exhibition at Gibson Guitars’ showroom in London’s West End in 2016. In 2018 she was nominated for the Hundred Heroines campaign, and for Best Photographer at the Heavy Music Awards.
