Stan Godfrey

Stan Godfrey works out of Spain where he pursues his passion for fine art, and in particular the study of the human form. He paints primarily in oils in a classical manner applying layers of paint and glazes to achieve a realistic impression of his subject. His study of the human form however goes beyond establishing a mere likeness. It is the state of mind and the exploration of emotional vulnerability that we all subconsciously harbor that interests him, and that he seeks to portray in his art.
