Rhia Janta-Cooper

Rhia Janta-Cooper is a contemporary nature and landscape painter originally from Germany who now lives in northern England. Her love for natural beauty shines through in her artwork, which is admired and collected around the world. Rhia pays close attention to detail and enjoys capturing the changing light in her paintings. After travelling widely, she fell in love with the landscapes of Scotland and northern Britain, which still influence her work. Since 2012, she has lived with her husband and their Border Collie, Harvey, in the Yorkshire countryside, where the landscape sparks new ideas for her art. Her paintings are part of private collections worldwide, showing the broad appeal of her work.
