SHIPPING AND RETURNS

This work is about inner rhythm. I built it slowly, layer by layer, letting each one ‘resonate’ and transform the next. The red and terracotta forms create a heartbeat, while the dark drips below are moments of tension that add depth. For me, it’s a reminder that each of us has our own pulse - our o...

Artist Statement / Biography I am an emerging visual artist based in Novi Sad, Serbia. My practice is centered around intuitive, abstract painting. I primarily work with thin, translucent layers of acrylic on canvas, but I also create textured pieces using modeling paste - exploring surface, depth, and the tactile presence of paint. These works offer a more sculptural reading of abstraction while staying true to my intuitive and emotional approach. I work across various formats - from large-scale pieces to small studies - with a focus on subtle color interaction and emotional presence. I don’t begin with a fixed plan. Each work emerges from impulse and introspection, a response to mood, memory, or atmosphere. Sometimes this results in a cohesive series where I explore a particular color relationship or rhythm. Other times, a single piece stands alone as a quiet visual statement - a trace of a moment or feeling. My approach is often associated with the tradition of Color Field painting. I’m inspired by the fluid, light-filled works of artists like Helen Frankenthaler, Paul Jenkins, Morris Louis, and early Sam Gilliam - all of whom explored the expressive potential of color through transparent, flowing forms. As an emerging artist, I see painting as a space of discovery - a way to shape a visual language that feels honest and personal. My goal is not to explain, but to evoke. I aim to create space for pause - for reflection, stillness, and emotional resonance. Painting, for me, is a way of becoming visible without words - a form of presence that invites connection through silence and sensitivity. All works are original and created with professional-grade materials.
