Wendy Baker

In my fine art work I am drawn to and often create with muted colors and symbolic images-- angels, wings, birds, flowing dresses, ancient statues, and architecture--both modern and medieval.

For over twenty years I've owned a photography studio specializing in weddings, portraits and travel images.

I've recently been combining my passion for photography with my love for creating using paint, beeswax, glue-- really anything I can experiment and get messy with.

My art pieces are feminine--part dream, part reality. They arise out of my inner life where I seek to experience the magical spiritual nature hidden within the visible world.
