I was born in Athens in March 1968. Although I studied Computer Science, I soon turned toward the creative world of textile manufacturing, focusing on fabrics, textures, and weaves that shape everyday life. I specialized in weaving through related studies in Florence.
As IOTIS, I create works using a variety of materials — textiles, clay, glass, wood, metal, and cement — highlighting the beauty of imperfection and the uniqueness of each piece.
