Kerol Montagna

Kerol Montagna is an Italian artist works between Parma (Italy) and in Münich (Germany)

Montagna´s art focuses on the formal relationship between landscape and human architecture, and the link between organic forms, building components, and devices.
From the structure of leaves, reproduced by thin white paper, to utopian paper-made greenhouses, she is looking for new ways of togetherness.

In her Ceramic works she enjoy the transformation from raw clay into ceramic sculpture. She creates spontaneous and organical Forms, remanding the variety of the vegetable world.
Her Ceramics celebrates the beautiness of the buisquits fired clay, showing just some detail with selected glaces.

In 2011 she graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna, department of sculpture.
In 2014, she acquired her diploma at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich, showing a partecipatory art projekt tooking place in a self-build greenhaus in the garten of the Academy.
